Who handles your information

BEMRIX operates from Pakistan and is responsible for the information you share with us. Access is limited to those handling your enquiry or agreed work. Contact hello@bemrixdigital.com with any privacy questions or requests.

What we receive and why

When you send a project enquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected services and project description, plus any company name, budget preference and timeline you choose to provide. Email or WhatsApp conversations may include additional information you share.

We use this information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals, deliver agreed work and manage related business correspondence. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records in the enquiry form or demos.

Our hosting and form providers may also process technical details such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

Services that help us handle enquiries

We use hosting, form-processing and email service providers to receive, store and respond to enquiries. These providers process information as part of providing their services and may process it outside Pakistan.

Our providers include Netlify, ImprovMX and Google. Clicking a WhatsApp or external project link takes you to another service, whose own privacy practices apply.

How long we keep it

For enquiries that do not become projects, we keep our enquiry records for up to three months after the last substantive conversation. We then delete the enquiry records and related correspondence under our control.

If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant correspondence, agreements and records may be needed for delivering the work, accounting or resolving issues. We keep those records only as long as needed for those purposes or applicable obligations. Provider backups and technical logs follow the providers’ own retention processes.

Promotional emails are optional

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for promotional emails. We will send promotions only if you separately opt in. You can withdraw that permission by replying to a promotional email or contacting hello@bemrixdigital.com.

We may keep a minimal record of your opt-out to avoid contacting you again for marketing. Essential correspondence about an active enquiry or agreed project is separate from promotional messages. The current website enquiry form does not collect a marketing subscription.

Browser storage and interactive features

• Project planner: choosing “Continue to enquiry” stores your prepared brief, suggested service and timeline in session storage for the browser tab. The contact form accepts it for 30 minutes. It removes the draft after a successful submission or when it next checks an expired draft. Preparing, copying or downloading a brief does not send it to us.
• RelayDesk demo: sample records and your demo edits are saved in this browser’s local storage until you clear site data or use “Reset demo” to replace them with samples. They are not submitted to BEMRIX. Use fictional information in the demo.
• Guided Help and TagTrack prototype: interactions use the current page’s memory. Guided Help searches prepared answers locally; it does not send your search to an AI provider.

You can clear stored website data through your browser settings. Copies or downloads you save yourself remain under your control. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party visitor-analytics scripts to this website; hosting and security processing still occurs.

Your questions and choices

You can ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw marketing permission by emailing hello@bemrixdigital.com. Include enough context for us to locate the enquiry. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information.

If some records need to be retained for an ongoing project or an applicable obligation, we will explain that when responding. You can also choose to contact us directly instead of using the enquiry form.

We will update this page when our website or information-handling practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
