The idea
Make choosing a cleaning service feel simple.
Inviting a service provider into a home starts with confidence. For this fictional Lahore-based cleaning brand, we set out to create a website that explains the offer clearly, feels approachable and gives visitors a straightforward way to request a quote.
BEMRIX brought the public-facing website and the enquiry workflow together in one concept. The result pairs a calm visual identity with useful interactions, from comparing packages to reviewing a customer’s requirements.
01 / Services & packages
Help people find the right clean.
A service website needs to answer the practical questions first: what is available, what is included, and how do I get started? NeatNest brings regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and office cleaning into a clear, browsable service catalogue.
Dedicated service pages explain the details. Package comparisons bring starting prices, inclusions and exclusions together, with a direct route into a preselected quote request. The design gives visitors context before asking them to make a decision.

The next step
A quotation journey with a clear sequence.
The multi-step form keeps entered details as visitors move between stages, with validation in the interface and on the server.
- 01
Requirements
Service, property size, rooms and cleaning preferences.
- 02
Location
Service area, address and a preferred schedule.
- 03
Details
Contact information and a final review before submission.
02 / Mobile experience
The same care, on a smaller screen.
People may look for a cleaning service between errands or on their way home. The mobile interface keeps the essentials close: a compact navigation menu, readable headings, spacious service cards and clear next steps.
The layout adapts to the screen while keeping NeatNest’s visual identity consistent. Warm imagery, teal accents and generous spacing carry the same welcoming feel from the desktop homepage to the mobile service experience.

03 / Interactive prototype
Exploring a more guided way to choose.
The photo-estimator prototype explores how a visitor could move from a picture of their space to a suggested cleaning package. Image upload, a scanning animation, example insights and a recommendation form one continuous interaction.
This is a simulated experience: insights, confidence scores and recommendations are generated from sample rules and randomised values, rather than computer-vision analysis. The companion chat uses predefined responses. Together, they demonstrate interface behaviour and a possible future product direction.

04 / Admin workspace
Give every enquiry a place to go.
The customer journey continues behind the scenes. A protected admin workspace brings enquiries, contact information and cleaning requirements into one view, so an operator can review a request without piecing together scattered details.
Search and status filters make enquiries easier to find. Individual records show the requested service, property details, location, schedule and extras, with status controls for following up. The portfolio build uses demonstration records and local file storage.

05 / Visual experience
A consistent sense of care.
A cleaning brand’s presentation should feel as considered as the spaces it looks after. The gallery groups imagery by room and service context, with category filters and an enlarged image view that supports keyboard navigation.
Across the site, deep teal establishes the identity, warm whites create breathing room, and mint accents draw attention to useful actions. The imagery is AI-generated for this fictional brand and is presented as illustrative concept photography.

Design meets development
Considered on the surface.
Connected underneath.
Next.js, React and TypeScript support the page structure and interactions. Tailwind CSS carries the visual system through service pages, forms and the admin experience.
What the project brings together
- Homepage, service details, packages, about and contact pages.
- A multi-step quotation form with service and package preselection.
- Server-side validation and basic submission abuse controls.
- Protected administration with enquiry search and status management.
- Responsive layouts, a filterable gallery and interactive prototypes.
The outcome
A complete service-business concept.
NeatNest demonstrates how BEMRIX connects brand presentation, useful customer journeys and the tools that support them. Every part contributes to the same idea: make the service easy to understand and the next step easy to take.
NeatNest is a fictional, self-initiated portfolio project, not commissioned client work. Prices, records and imagery are illustrative; no business results are claimed. The estimator is simulated and the chat is rule-based. The demo stores enquiries locally; a production launch would need suitable persistent storage and operational configuration.
